No. AT TAJ Logistics is a freight dispatching and freight management service, not a freight broker.
We do not take possession of freight, we do not negotiate contracts between carriers and shippers, and we do not operate as a broker. We act only as an authorized agent for the motor carrier.

Yes. A limited Power of Attorney allows AT TAJ Logistics to communicate with brokers and shippers on your behalf for load booking and paperwork only.
You may revoke this at any time.

We do not own the freight and we do not act as a broker.

Yes. All carriers sign a service agreement that clearly outlines services, fees, and compliance guidelines. This protects both parties.

You are paid directly by the broker or shipper. AT TAJ Logistics never receives or holds your freight money.
All compensation for dispatch services is paid directly by the motor carrier (owner-operator) under a private service agreement.
